Parker Business Consulting & Accounting, P.C. is a unique firm with more than a combined 75 years of experience in private industry, coupled with a strong background in public accounting. This combination enables us to provide valuable assistance based on direct experience with many of the same issues faced by our clients.

We have also observed and been involved with many other successful companies. We understand how these companies operate and what drives their results. We know what can and should be done to enable businesses to operate at their best. Our goal is to use this knowledge and experience to help our clients realize their objectives through sound business practices and financial principles.

Robert N. (Bob) Parker, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFM

About usAs President of Parker Business Consulting, Bob has used his experience and skills to help many closely-held and large corporations, professional practices, and family businesses. His valuation skills have been used to affect numerous closely-held transactions, including acquisitions, mergers,estate, gifting, and divorce. Bob has served in numerous leadership positions with both large and closely-held companies. His work has involved leading strategic planning, for the development of business value integrating business operations, and implementing successful business transition programs.

After serving as a United States Army Ranger, Bob earned his Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. He has earned numerous professional certifications in valuation analysis, management accounting, and financial management. He has also completed advanced training programs at Indiana University and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Bob and his wife Lynne attend Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church where he serves as a deacon and member of the Missions Committee. He is past president of the Rotary Club of Farragut. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, running, and watching University of Tennessee sports.
